Barber, dog groomer, plumber, massage therapist, tutor, photographer, bookkeeper — whatever
it says on your van or your window, I build a website that captures enquiries around the
clock, plus an AI assistant that answers them for you. From £450. You see it live, working,
before you spend a penny.
Rough estimate based on the figures above — every business is different, this is just to give you a feel for the numbers.
How it works
You see the real thing before you pay a penny.
1
I research and build a demo
I look at what you offer and put together a working demo of your site — for real, not a mock-up.
2
You see it live first
You get a link to your actual site and try it out. If it's not right, we fix it. Only then do you decide.
3
It goes live, wired to booking
Once you're happy, it goes live on your domain — wired into your booking system, or sending enquiries straight to you if you don't have one.
Meet your AI assistants
A growing line of assistants for your business. They're all live below, so have a play.
The demos run on a made-up massage studio because they need some business to talk
about — yours would run on yours. Want proof? The last one, Reply drafter,
runs on whatever business you type in.

For anyone who lands on your site knowing they need something but not which thing.
Two quick questions and it points them at the right service — yours, whatever they are.

Asks every customer how it went at just the right moment, invites them to leave a review, and
flags anyone who wasn’t happy so you can follow up first — so your good reputation builds itself.

Sends a warm reminder before each job or appointment so wobbles become freed slots instead of no-shows —
and gently wins back anyone who cancels, so fewer hours are quietly lost.

Paste any review and get an on-brand public reply in seconds — warm on the good ones, and
calm and gracious on the awkward negative ones, so every reply protects your reputation.

A light widget for a single service page — answers the practical "before you book" and
"is this for me?" questions from your own FAQs, and knows to send anything it shouldn't
answer straight to you.

Reads a new customer's answers before you see them and hands you a quick brief — what they want,
a plain summary, and anything worth checking first — so you turn up already knowing the job.

🔒 A private back-office tool — you’d use this to plan posts, not on your public site
Pick a topic and platform, and generate 3 sample captions in the business’s voice.
Answering enquiries is the job you do every day and never enjoy. Describe your business once and
this drafts the reply in your voice — and it only uses what you actually told it, so it never
invents a price. Anything it doesn't know comes back as a blank for you to fill, not a guess.
How the no-show saver works
Reminders before, and warm win-backs after — so an empty slot doesn't stay empty.
1
Reminder sent
A friendly nudge goes out before the appointment, cutting down no-shows before they happen.
2
Cancellation spotted
If someone cancels or doesn't confirm, the assistant knows straight away, no manual checking needed.
3
Warm win-back sent
An on-brand message goes out asking if they'd like to rebook — no hard sell, just an easy way back in.
4
Slot filled
The gap gets picked up instead of sitting empty on the calendar.
Why it's worth it
Plain outcomes, not features.
Catch enquiries while your hands are full. Mid-job, mid-appointment, up a ladder — the assistant answers the questions you'd otherwise miss, and books people in.
Look credible when people Google you. A tidy, professional site that loads fast and reads well builds trust before they ever message you.
Stop losing bookings to a slow inbox. People decide quickly. A reply in the moment is the difference between a booking and a missed one.
Spend less time on admin. Updates, hosting and the fiddly bits are handled, so you can get on with the actual work.
Recent work
A client site, and a few concept builds — the kind of thing I put together before we ever
talk money. The concepts are shown with the business details swapped out, because those
businesses haven't agreed to be named.
Case study · Roots Reflexology & Massage
From overwhelmed by booking platforms to her first client in a week
What she needed
Ruth had just qualified as a Complementary Therapist and Reflexologist and needed a way
for clients to find her and book a treatment — without wrestling with booking platforms
herself.
What we built
A calm, one-page website with Square booking built in, plus hosting and go-live handled
end to end.
The result
Live within a week. Her first online booking came one day after launch — and now
clients can book any time, even while Ruth's asleep or mid-treatment with someone
else.

Sara from Spark Lab got in touch with me in just the right moment! … Sara got my
website up and running within a week and I got my first online booking one day after it
launched. … It looks beautiful and my client said it was very easy to book. I can
highly recommend Spark Lab and working with Sara.

Questions
The things people usually ask first.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. You don't touch any of the technical side — I handle the building, hosting and updates. You just tell me about your work.
Who hosts the website?
I do, as part of the care plan. It stays online, secure and up to date without you having to think about it.
Can I keep my own domain and booking tool?
Yes. If you already have a domain, we use it. And if you've got a booking system you like — Square, Fresha, Calendly, whatever you've set up — the site wires straight into it. You keep your tools, and your bookings keep landing where they always have.
What if I don't have a booking system?
That's completely fine, and more common than you'd think. The site sends enquiries straight to wherever you actually read them — your inbox, WhatsApp or your phone — which is all a lot of businesses ever need. If you decide you want proper online booking later, we can add it then.
What does the assistant cost to run?
It's £99 to set up and £25/mo, which covers running it on your site. There's nothing else to pay or manage on your end.
How long does it take?
Usually a week or two from our first chat to going live — sometimes faster. You'll see a working demo early on, so there are no surprises.
Let's build your demo
Tell me a little about what you do and I'll put together a working demo of your
site — free to look at, no obligation. I'm based in Norwich and work with businesses
wherever you are.
